About this work

Reverse of a medal with four busts and profiles. The top one is Louis of France (le Grand Dauphin), below them his three sons: Louis, Duke of Burgundy, and Philip, Duke of Anjou, looking at each other; in between: Charles of France, Duke of Berry. The medal is dated 30 August 1686.
