About this work
Pan gives the goddess Diana, who floats through the air, snow-white clouds and thus wins her love. Next to Pan stands a goat, the symbol of lust. The print originally belonged to liber 22 of the Atlas van Rome by Michiel Hinloopen (Schijnvoet book 10).
