About this work
Christ stands in the fishing boat and says to Simon Peter, who sits opposite him and looks up at him: "Do not be afraid, from now on you will catch men." The other fishermen haul in nets full of fish, after having caught nothing all night, but having cast their nets again at Christ's command. Below the image, a reference in Latin to the biblical text in Luke 5, specifically to the verse in Luke 5:10. Middle plate of a large composition consisting of three parts.
