About this work
A large crowd of angels worships, seated or standing on clouds, the tetragram at the top of the image. The Hebrew letters JHWH are enclosed in a triangle, on which the border inscription reads 'DEVS CHARITAS EST', and surrounded by a halo. In the lower right of the image, a coastal landscape. Below the image, six lines of Latin text.
