About this work
A carriage with the body of Jacob is pulled by horses. Behind it a long procession of carriages, riders and pedestrians winds through the landscape. At the bottom a reference to Gen. 50:7-13 and the title of the print in Hebrew, English, German, Latin, French and Dutch.
