About this work
In the time when this series was created, 'cripple' was a generic word to describe a physical limitation of the lower body. This series is social satire. Two beggars, one with catagnettes in their hands and the other with a spinning wheel. The left one has a cup hanging from his belt and a bandage around his leg.
