Arms of William V with a crown, decorated with the Garter and the motto of the Order of the Garter, and Anna with a crown. On a cloth twenty lines of Dutch text. Surrounding this are various allegorical objects, animals and figures, including the Dutch Lion, Liberty, Prudence, Hercules and Neptune.
