About this work
Ihle p. 11, no. 18: Musicians' couple. Man's clothing: bonnet on the head; paltrock with very long sleeves. Shirt finished at the neck and wrists with a ruffle (ruffled?). Breeches consist of strips of fabric, closed with a ribbon, which also holds up the stockings. Clogs. Woman with hanging hair. Jacket with a very low neckline. (public woman?)
