The breached northern Lek dyke in 1624. Men carrying bundles of twigs on their backs walking through the dry riverbed of the Lek. Boats are beached. The Lek dyke is being repaired with twigs. In the distance the church tower of 't Waal and the Dom tower of Utrecht.
