Upper left a woman suspicious of her lover because he wrote a letter to another woman. Upper right a woman angry because her wealthier neighbor is better dressed than she is. Lower left a vindictive woman refusing to sign a document because her husband refused to buy her an expensive ring. Lower right a woman who killed her child out of cruelty.
