About this work

Upper left Apollo and the nine Muses. Upper right the three Graces with Hymen lighting the torch of the blindfolded Amor. Above them Aurora floats on a cloud. Lower left Hercules in conversation with Asclepius; in the background a sphinx, Silenus, Bacchus, Janus, Fortuna, Castor and Pollux. Lower right the Egyptian gods Osiris, Isis, Serapis, Harpocrates and Apis. Numbered center bottom: Tab. XCV.
