About this work
In a forest, Sophie is guarded by a woman and an old hussar. After she has made the woman drunk with 'Danziger Goldwasser', she runs away from her other guard who is too old to catch her. When the hussar threatens to make her a head smaller, Sophie stops her escape attempt. Numbered in the upper right: 9.
