About this work
The fresco 'The School of Athens' by Raphael in the Stanza della Segnatura in the Apostolic Palace in the Vatican. It depicts a school of philosophers or an agora where famous Greek philosophers and scholars, such as Aristotle, Plato, and Socrates, stand in groups conversing. It is an embodiment of philosophy and its rational quest for Truth.
