Departure of the Spanish garrison from Huis te Gennep on 29 July 1641, after the siege and capture of Huis te Gennep by the States army under Frederick Henry from 6 June to 27 July 1641. On the right spectators sit around an improvised table, watching the departing procession of riders and foot soldiers.
