In the interior of a farmhouse, a child stands eating from a bowl. Behind him sits a woman talking to a man. The man stands on the other side of the open window. To the right sits a man with a pipe in his hand, looking up at a man with a beer glass. Another man sits, seen from the back, on a bench by the fireplace.
