About this work

The Nativity of Christ with a kneeling shepherd in an ornamental architectural frame, on which on both sides the Instruments of the Passion. Above in a cartouche an image of the Crucifixion. In the foreground on both sides of the frame the apostle Peter with his keys and the apostle Paul with his sword and book.
