About this work

Sheet with two representations of the tomb of the Horatii and Curiatii located between Albano and Ariccia. Above: overgrown remains with three of the originally five towers of the tomb. To the right in the background the church Madonna della Stella. Numbered top left: Tav. VI. Caption and explanatory list with numbers in lower margin. Below: a reconstruction of the plan of the tombs. The tomb would have consisted of five parts for the five men who fell during the battle between the Horatii and Curiatii. Explanatory list with letters in lower margin.
