Portrait of Adolphe de Pontécoulant, commander of the Franco-Belgian Legion of Tirailleurs, 1830. With two pistols stuck in the belt around his waist. At the bottom a small scene of street fighting. Part of a group of portraits of persons who participated in or were made famous by the Belgian Revolution.
