About this work

In the center stands Christ on a pedestal. He makes a blessing gesture. To his left and right are Joseph and Mary. To the left the three patriarchs: Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. To the right the kings of Israel, with King David in front. In the background to the left Adam and Eve in paradise and to the right the Ascension of Christ. Various figures are numbered.
