About this work
A representation in a cartouche of leaves. The apocalyptic woman is pursued by the seven-headed dragon and flees. The dragon spews a stream of water forming a river to drown the woman. The earth opens up and prevents this. Below the cartouche the biblical reference Rev. 12:14.
