About this work

Man in a landscape, dressed as a Savoyard. Full-length, seen from the front. Cloaked in a half-length overcoat and breeches, with leg wrappings around the stockings. On head a hat with brim, in right hand a stick. The print forms part of a sixteen-print series depicting Dutch costumes.
