About this work
Christ on the cross between two other crucified men. At the foot of the cross are, among others, the three Marys, Longinus with his lance (which has just pierced Christ's side), and the soldiers gambling for his clothing. This print is part of the print series 'The Little Passion', consisting of 12 scenes from the Passion narrative.
