From left to right: Carrying of the Cross, Christ shown to the people (Ecce homo), Crowning with thorns, Scourging, Christ before Pilate, Arrest. This print is part of a series of 13 oval and 7 round depictions with scenes from the Passion narrative and scenes from the life of Mary, distributed over 3 copper plates. For the second state of this series, 2 of the plates were cut in half and a title print was added (RP-P-1909-2814).
