About this work

A vulture has caught a nightingale in its claws. The fable describes how the nightingale is caught by a hungry vulture. The nightingale begs for its life and promises to sing for the vulture, but his pleas have no effect. The moral of the story teaches that nothing can stand in the way of necessity.
