Christ and the Canaanite woman and the healing of a mute demoniac

The upper scene is based on the biblical text Matthew 15:21-28 and Mark 7:24-30, and the lower scene on Matthew 9:32-34 and Luke 11:14-16. In the States Translation, the lower scene is described as follows: "As they went out, behold, they brought to Him a man who was mute and possessed by a demon. And when the demon was cast out, the mute man spoke." In the New Bible Translation 21: "As they were leaving the house, someone was brought to Him who was possessed and could not speak. After the demon was cast out, the mute man began to speak." Two scenes stacked vertically. The print is numbered in the center at the top: 21. The scenes are individually numbered: 40 and 41.
