About this work
A winged woman presents a trophy of arms. Behind her hangs a festoon of flowers on the ornamental ceiling. Instructions for mounting the print alongside other prints run along the edges. The print is part of a series of prints that together represent the painted ceiling with the Apotheosis of Hercules in the Hôtel Lambert in Paris.
