Personifications of the Austrian Netherlands and France

At her feet lies a lion with a bundle of arrows. Behind her on the left, a woman plays a harp and another woman writes in a book. On the other side of the open book sits the personification of France with a crown, a scepter, and a rooster at her feet. Behind them flies Mercury with his caduceus, an envelope, and a key.
