About this work
Korah, Dathan, and Abiram and their families rise up against Moses and Aaron in the desert. God punishes them. Dathan, Abiram, and their families and possessions are swallowed by the earth. To the left in the background, God reveals himself to the Jewish people. Korah and his family, who offered incense, are burned by sunbeams (Num. 16:31-35). The print has a Hebrew, Latin, French, English, German, and Dutch caption.
