Under the statue of Ferdinand III sits the blindfolded Justice (Justitia) with the sword, while a putto holds her scale. On the left a man with a stone tablet presents war. On this side of the representation putti play with weapons and in the background in the landscape war rages and there is fire. On the right a man with a stone tablet presents peace. Putti play with musical instruments, because in times of peace the arts flourish. In the landscape hunting and ploughing take place.
