About this work
In St. Peter's Basilica in Rome, Saint Dominic receives a visit from the apostles Peter and Paul in a vision. They give him respectively a staff and a book and command him to spread the word of God. The print has a Latin inscription and subtitle and is part of a print series for a book on the life of Saint Dominic.
