About this work

Victory of William III over the combined Irish and French armies at the river Boyne, 12 July 1690. Entirely composed of three separate prints and two text sheets. Left half of the main representation. William III on horseback, behind and in the distance fighting near the village of Drogheda. Left the tent of James II is being plundered. At the top in the clouds a part of the dedication with allegorical figures.
