About this work

Some youths must choose between a sinful and a pious life, between the devil and God. The devil tries to catch them with a fishing line and a net. The personifications of Time and Opportunity stand by the angel representing Christian Faith. The print has a Latin legend and is part of a twelve-part series on seizing opportunities.
