About this work

The three kings offer their gifts to the Christ Child, who sits on Mary's lap. The foremost king kneels. Next to him is a dog. Joseph stands behind Mary. In the background, part of the kings' procession is visible with an elephant and dromedaries. In the upper left is the Star of Bethlehem. Below the image is a two-line text in Latin.
