Victory of Admiral Wolfert Hermansz with five ships over the Portuguese fleet of thirty ships in the naval battle off Bantam, 25-30 December 1601. Large representation on three sheets with accompanying text sheets, left sheet. A cartouche with a dedication in Latin, a provincial coat of arms (probably Holland) and the coat of arms of Maurice at the top. A map of part of the islands in the Indonesian archipelago and Ceylon at the bottom.
