About this work

Various local animal species encountered during the travels to Africa and the East Indies. A dodo, a sheep or goat with one horn in the middle of its head, and a small bird, likely a kiwi. Part of the illustrations in the report of the voyages of Pieter van den Broecke to the East Indies, 1605-1640, No. 7.
