About this work

Large representation of the choir of Westminster Abbey where the funeral service for the Queen is held. In the foreground the coffin with the body of the Queen. At the top of the representation an allegorical cartouche with the dedication to Algernon, Earl of Essex. The print was used as an illustration in Samuel Gruterus, Funeralia Mariae II Britanniarum, Haarlem 1695.
