About this work
The great conference hall in the Huis ter Nieuburch in Rijswijk, with a row of chairs against the right wall and a large fireplace on the left. The ceiling is decorated with putti and garlands. In the caption the two titles in French and Dutch. Part (print 7) of the series of fifteen prints on the Huis ter Nieuburch in Rijswijk and the peace negotiations held there resulting in the Peace of Rijswijk concluded on 20 September 1697.
