About this work

Triumphal arch erected by the magistrates of the city of Antwerp for the town hall. Column built up from weapons, flags, and parts of armor. Part of the illustrations of the decorations erected in Antwerp for the celebration in 1685 of the centenary of the liberation of the city by the Duke of Parma in 1585.
