Breach of the Zuid-Hollandsche dike at Dordrecht in the night of 18 to 19 November 1421. View of the land around Dordrecht. With the names of the 44 flooded villages and indication of the rescued child in a cradle in the upper right in a cartouche, according to tradition the origin of the name Kinderdijk.
