About this work
The exodus of the Spanish garrison from Breda after the capture by the States army under Frederik Hendrik, 10 October 1637. Third and fourth sheet from a complete unmounted ensemble of four sheets. The procession passes by a group of military personnel on the right. In the procession soldiers, monks and the governor of Breda in a wagon. In the background the front part of the procession with cannons and army supplies.
