Matthias takes the oath as Governor-General in Brussels, 1578. The Prince takes the oath from the Archduke, who places his hand on a book, with his hand raised. Standing on a balcony between members of the States-General, soldiers below. With a 12-line inscription in German. Numbered 141 in the lower left. The print is part of an album.
