Capture of Mechelen by the States' army of English soldiers, 9 April 1580. Fleeing citizens, plundering and murder in the city by the army of the English under the command of Olivier van den Tempel and John Norrits. With a caption of 16 lines in German and 3 lines in French. Numbered 164 in the lower left. The print is part of an album.
