Shipwrecked Spaniards in the Bommelerwaard, 22 December 1585 (incorrectly dated 1586 on the print). View from the city walls of 's-Hertogenbosch on the flooded Bommelerwaard where the Spanish soldiers were stranded. The rescue of these soldiers by the Count of Mansfeld is also known as 'the miracle of Empel'. With a 12-line inscription in German. Numbered 230 in the lower left. The print is part of an album.
