About this work
Funeral procession of Charles V through the streets of Brussels on 29 December 1558. A long procession of nobles and horses moves through the streets to the church with the catafalque with candles, in front the funeral wagon with the ship Victoria. In the foreground the part of the procession with Philip II in a cloak with a hood. With an inscription of 12 lines in German. Numbered 14 in the lower left. The print is part of an album.
