Proclamation of the General Pardon, 16 July 1570. On a scaffold in front of the Antwerp town hall, Alva has the General Pardon read aloud. At the top, Alva sits on a throne; on the steps below, soldiers are seated. With a four-line Latin inscription. Numbered: 25. Printed on the back with Latin text.
