Large detailed depiction of a horse market and fair with a fairground held outside Arnhem, ca. 1700. Many stalls where everything is sold and where people eat and dance. On the right a tree in which a bagpiper has climbed. At the top an empty cartouche. In the foreground a rider lets his horse drink.
