Siege and capture of Lingen by the States' army under Prince Maurice, 12 November 1597. Plan of the city with the positions of the different regiments of the besieging troops, Prince Maurice on horseback in the foreground. In the middle, the troops of Count Frederick van den Bergh leave the city after surrender. Bottom left a cartouche with the legend A-L in Dutch.
