Proclamation of the Twelve Years' Truce in Antwerp, 14 April 1609. The news is read aloud from a podium set up in front of the Town Hall. A large crowd has gathered on the Grote Markt, with bonfires to the left and right. With a four-line inscription in Latin. Numbered: 279. Printed on the reverse with text in Latin.
