Allegory on the victory of Witte de With over the Dunkirk vice-admiral Rombouts, July 1640. Centrally a plate of an oval portrait of Witte de With printed within a frame decorated with Mars, Pluto and tritons. At the bottom a depiction of the naval battle with two verses of 4 and 8 lines each in Dutch. In the middle the explanation of the numbers 1-11.
