A long procession of carriages and soldiers marches through the triumphal arch erected on the Buitenhof in front of the Stadtholder's Quarters. In the caption the legend a-q in Dutch and French. Plate 17 in a series of 20 plates on the Glorious Revolution in England in the years 1688-1691.
